{"id":210,"date":"2022-12-27T22:33:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-27T22:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/upwyse.co\/anaya\/?p=210"},"modified":"2024-12-26T22:33:24","modified_gmt":"2024-12-26T22:33:24","slug":"reforma-a-los-articulos-76-y-78-de-la-ley-federal-de-trabajo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/anaya.law\/en\/reforma-a-los-articulos-76-y-78-de-la-ley-federal-de-trabajo\/","title":{"rendered":"Reforma a los art\u00edculos 76 y 78 de la ley federal del trabajo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last December 27,  the amendments of Articles 76 and 78 of the Federal Labor Law regarding vacation , which will enter into effect on January 1, 2023, were published in the Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (the Federal Official Gazette), to read as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201c<strong>Article 76. - <\/strong>Workers who have more than one year of service shall enjoy an annual period of paid vacation, which in no case may be less than twelve working days, and which shall increase by two working days, until reaching twenty, for each subsequent year of service.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>As of the sixth year, the vacation period shall increase by two days for every five a\u00f1os  of service.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\"Article 78.- <\/em><\/strong><em>Of the total period corresponding to the employee in accordance with the provisions of Article 76 of this Law, the employee shall enjoy at least twelve days of continuous vacation.
