Founding partner of prominent law firms and currently a partner at Anaya & Ibáñez. In the criminal law field, he has specialized in providing legal counsel to victims and in the defense of property-related crimes, including theft, fraud, fraudulent administration, breach of trust, dispossession, banking crimes, and securities offenses, among others. In the commercial field, he is experienced in litigation involving contract termination and debt collection.

Recognized for his leadership in legal and educational organizations, including the Mexican Bar Association, the Council for the Accreditation of Legal Education (CONAED), and the Ibero-American Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (RIACES).
