Felipe Ibáñez Mariel

Attorney with an extensive track record in Commercial, Economic, Criminal, and Constitutional Law (Amparo), as well as Professional Ethics. Founding partner of prominent law firms and currently a partner at Anaya & Ibáñez. Has led legal teams and advised clients on complex projects, combining practical experience with an ethical and strategic approach. In the criminal law field, he has specialized in providing legal counsel to victims and in the defense of property-related crimes, including theft, fraud, fraudulent administration, breach of trust, dispossession, banking crimes, and securities offenses, among others. In the commercial field, he is experienced in litigation involving contract termination and debt collection.

Recognized for his leadership in legal and educational organizations, including the Mexican Bar Association, the Council for the Accreditation of Legal Education (CONAED), and the Ibero-American Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (RIACES). Co-author of the Mexican Legal Profession Code of Ethics and speaker at national legal congresses, combining professional practice, academic commitment, and ethical excellence.

Professor at Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City and Guadalajara campuses, teaching various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Instructs Professional Ethics, contributing to the comprehensive training of law students and professionals through extensive academic and practical experience.
