In the energy and regulatory area, he has collaborated in the development of compliance, supervising the correct operation of international companies, as well as obtaining authorizations and permits within different markets, in addition to coordinating conciliatory processes between individuals and before State Productive Companies.

In the area of personal data protection, he has supported multinational groups in complying with the obligations established by Mexican laws and those of other jurisdictions, including the preparation and compliance of their privacy and D&I policies, the implementation of internal policies, analysis of contracts and implementation of good practices in this area, as well as providing courses and training to public and private entities.
