His practice is focused on labor litigation, for both individual and collective matters, assisting national and international clients.

His experience includes the representation of companies and individuals in different labor proceedings, as well as counseling on human resources. As part of his career, he worked for more than ten years as Manager and Processes Director of Grupo Palacio de Hierro.

He is a Labor Law professor at the Universidad Panamericana.
