He has broad experience in labor matters, providing advice, both in individual and collective matters, and assisting national and international clients. Furthermore, he has been advisor of government agencies.

Due to his more than forty years of professional experience, he has been acknowledged as having one of the most solid professional careers in labor law, as well as Emeritus Professor of one of the most prestigious universities in Mexico.

He is a professor of Individual Labor Law, and Collective Labor Law at the Universidad Panamericana Campus Ciudad de México, as well as a speaker in conferences, courses and seminars of several organizations and chambers.
