His practice is focused on international and domestic tax, as well as energy (O&G) and administrative matters. He has broad experience in representing business entities, as well as individuals in corporate, transactional and strategic business planning, including structuring, formations, mergers and acquisitions.
He has represented national and international clients before administrative authorities, participated in public contracting processes, and has broad experience in administrative litigation.
He is the current president of the Mexican branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and at an international level is a member of the Supervisory Board and Nomination Committee.
He is a professor of Fiscal and Tax Law at the Universidad Panamericana. He has also been a speaker at several organizations and chambers.
